Reservation Policies
1. Reservations are to be requested at reserve@rltdc.com . You will get an approval or a communication promptly once submitted.
2. Prime Season is Memorial Day through Labor Day, and there is a priority process of approval in this time period.
3. All other times of the year, reserving the house is a simple first come first served basis.
4. Reservations must have 2 (two) full days between visits to allow sufficient cleanup and preparation for the next guests.
Annual Holiday Weekends
Trustee Weekends: These weekends do not rotate between families. They are reserved annually for each family trustee.
July 4th – Harris Trustee Weekend
Labor Day – Bloch Trustee Weekend
Family Weekends: New Years, MLK, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving & Easter.
These are holiday weekends that rotate between the Harris and Bloch families each year (see chart). A Family Weekend can be booked by either generation within that family at any time. If a family weekend is not booked by the noted family 30 days out, it becomes open for either family to reserve.
An example: Memorial Day is a Bloch weekend. It is open for any Bloch family member to reserve on a first-come first-served basis. BUT, if a Bloch has not booked that weekend 1 month out (to the date), a Harris can then request that weekend and it will be confirmed.
